Thanks to our customers and donors, Philly AIDS Thrift was recently able to make a donation to the Mazzoni Center, enabling them
to provide 1,000 hygiene kits to homeless LGBT youth.
“Homeless youth, especially homeless LGBT youth, are at a greater risk for contracting HIV/AIDS,” said Christina Kallas-Saritsoglou, manager of Philly AIDS Thrift.
“We’re glad that we could help the Mazzoni Center provide basic hygiene kits to these kids, and we appreciate all of the store’s supporters
who make it possible for us to respond to the community’s needs.”
